Essex Alliance Church
Williston Vermont
Essex Alliance is a vibrant and growing ministry located near Burlington VT. This a new group of buildings for the church that is in the process of selling and re-locating from their existing facility. The project includes a worship Center to seat 1100 in phase one with an ultimate goal of 2000 seats. There is also a large youth area, and family life building for children's ministries. The master plan for the site includes six separate buildings. in addition to the phase one work there will be a large gymnasium, administraion building, wedding chapel, and separate youth annex. Completion of phase one is scheduled for the spring of 2015.




GracePoint Gospel Fellowship
New City, New York
Located near New York City, the work at Gracepoint included a large addition to an existing facility. The church needed a large multi-purpose room that could be used for both worship and as a gymnasium for the K-6 school that meets in its facility. The program also included a large fellowship lobby, new main entrance, and administrative offices for both the church and school. The multi-purpose building was pre-engineered to save on construction costs, and was married into a conventionally built addition that connected the new facility to the existing structure. The work was completed in 2009.




West Park Church of Deliverance
Philadelphia PA
Located on Chestnut Street in Philadelphia, West Park Church purchased what was originally Chestnut Street Baptist Church. This was a building that had been abandoned for many years and required a significant amount of historic restoration. Also included in this project were mechanical and electrical accomodations to modernize the existing facility, as well as a re-design of the stage area to facilitate West Park's style of worship.




Fabre Street Pentecostal Church
Montreal, Quebec
Located in the St Leonards portion of Montreal Fabre Street PC purchased a large manufacturing building that required renovation into a complete church and day care facility. A full feasibility study of each ministy in the church was done, and plans were developed for phasing the transition to the new facility. The day care, which was phase 1 was completed in the fall of 2012, and the church is continuing to makes the transition into the new facility.




Walnut Hill Community Church
Bethel Connecticut
The original facility at Walnut Hill was a pre-engineered multi-purpose building. Our work involved adding a large facility onto that original building dedicated to worship, nursery and youth ministries. A new main entrance, large fellowship lobby, nursery, worship center (seats 800), and youth worship space was included in this project that was completed in 2003.
